*CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be in writing. Cancellation by 12/19/08 will result in 75% of registration fee, meal package, and pre-conference fee refund. Cancellation by 1/14/09 will result in 50% of registration fee refund and forfeits all meal package and pre-conference fees. No refunds or cancellations after 1/14/09.

*NOTE: Participant photos will be taken at the conference and will be used in ACCT publications.
